5. Deposits and Withdrawals

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The funds belong to you and are not derived from illegal activities
• You are not depositing on behalf of a third party

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum Withdrawal per Transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (higher amounts may be processed in multiple installments)

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. You must complete the wagering requirement before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute 10-20%. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses will expire and be forfeited.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

h5h89 offers sports betting on a wide range of events, including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, E-sports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and appears in your betting history. h5h89 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport or competition. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will typically be void unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Live Betting: Odds for live (in-play) betting are updated in real-time. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between the actual event and the odds displayed. h5h89 reserves the right to void bets placed after an outcome is already determined.
• Asian Handicap & Over/Under: These markets are settled based on the full-time result (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated.
• Mix Parlay / Accumulator Bets: All selections in a parlay must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining selections.

7.2 Casino Games

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h5h89 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination and Suspension
